Addicted to CAS // #196 ...A code word challenge! The code word for this current challenge is SKY!  And since this is a CAS challenge I kept it clean and simple...no layers, not embellishment and lots of white open space!!

The Spot // #159 ...A technique challenge!  The technique that they are spotlighting currently is ink blending.  I love this technique and use it fairly often.  For my blended sky I used Night of Navy, Pacific Point, and Bermuda Bay from Stampin Up.

The Paper Players // #PP538 ...A sketch challenge!  Ovals and lace...gotta love it!!  Well lace wasn't actually called for but it made the perfect background banner across the center.

Tic Tac Toe // #tttc110 ...A game board challenge! My winning three in a row run across the bottom of the game board...Mother's day, lace, and vintage.

Sunday Stamps // #SSC255 ...A color challenge!! I love this combination of yellow, blue, and green!!  Made me think of sunny skies, palmy trees, and water...maybe that is because I live in Florida!!

Global Design Project // #GDP288 ...A CASE challenge! CASE=Copy And Selectively Edit!  For this current challenge we are CASEing a card created by Manuela Geiswinkler...She is part of the GDP team and live in Austria.  I love the water color background, the added embellishments, and the soft pastel colors!!

UPDATE:  The card was chosen as a "top cup" over at Sunday Stamps!!  Yippie!!  Thanks to the design team for a shout out on this card!!

Paper Players // #PP537 ...A CAS challenge with a birthday theme!!  I might not have used cupcakes but the Happy Birthday sentiment says it all!!

Less Is More // #LIM441 ...A single layer card with diamonds.  Single layer cards are hard for me!!  I find myself thinking lets add a banner for the sentiment or some emanel dots or do some paper piece...NO NO NO...a single layer this time!! :-)

Twofer // #37 // Leaves ...A two for one challenge! Use the same stamp, die, or stencil to create two different designs for two different occasions.  I used the "leaves" stamp from Stampin Up's Sheltering Tree set....one the one card as actual leave and on the second card as a background for my gold embossed Queen Anne's Lace.

As You See It // #aysi248 ...A sketch challenge!  The sketch this time is super simple and one to save for later!!  

Just Us Girls // #JUG580 ...A color challenge! The color combo for this challenge is berry, yellow, and coral.  I used Stampin Up's Rich Razzleberry, So Saffron, and Calypso Coral.  A perfect combination for a fall tree!!

Inspired By // #IB179 ...A photo and sketch challenge!  I used both the photo and the sketch for my inspiration this week.  Nothing says Spring like a bundle of flowers wrapped up!

Card #2 inspired by 3 challenges...

INKspirational // #237 ...A photo challenge!  I pulled the yellows and grays along with the umbrella from this photo as my inspiration.

Tic Tac Toe // #tttc109 ...A game board challenge!  What will your 3 in a row be?  Mine for the win...umbrella, vellum, and blue.  I embossed my vellum and layered it using staples over Night of Navy for my blue than layered it with my umbrella lady and sentiment.

Color Hues // #TCH #16 ...A color challenge!!  I added this challenge after one of the design team members suggested I share it here.  This was a new challenge for me and I has to check it out...I am sure I will be back!!  Thanks CM for the suggestion!!
