Inspired By Challenges // #IB303 ...A photo inspired challenge with an optional sketch.  Today, I used both the sketch and the photo as the inspiration for my card.  

TGIF Challenges // #tgif492 ...An inspiration challenge!!  The florals and the script writing gave me all kinds of vintage feels!!

Just Add Ink // #JAI721 ...An inspiration challenge!!  Who doesn't love coffee and flowers??  

Just Us Girls // #JUG746 ...A technique challenge!!  Stencils!!  I used a coffee stains stencil to create my background on my base and on my tags.

New Challenge @ Sunday Stamps #SSC345

 

Today begins a new challenge at...

Sunday Stamps // #SSC345 ...A color challenge!!  We have a new "Get Spooky" color palette for you today, and our challenge for you is to use at least 3 of the 5 colors you see here. 

I used all 5 today on my thank you card.  I love this collect of bold bright colors...it kinda has a spooky feel to it but I went with more of an adventure theme.  Now it is your turn!!  How will you use our new "get spooky" color palette??  We can't wait to see your creations!!  For additional inspiration from the rest of the design team and all the challenge details, hop on over to our blog!!

Colorful Options // SEPT24 ...A color challenge!!  Usually color challenges can't be combined but since the color challenge from CO was a "BE BOLD" challenge to use "bold colors", it paired up perfectly with our new challenge at SSC!!  

All Sorts // #AS800 ...An "anything goes" challenge!!  This is there 800th challenge so it's a big celebration over at the All Sorts blog!!  Congrats on 800 challenges!!  Yall sure have given us great inspiration and fun prizes over those 800 challenges!!  Today's card uses a die called Circle Mountain from ErinLee Creative, a "thank you" sentiment die from Lawn Fawn, and cardstock from Stampin Up.

Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge // #AHSC596 ...A sketch challenge!!  This was a fun sketch for showcasing this stack of book sticker that I had left over from another project.

Color Throwdown Challenge // #ctd812 ...A color challenge!!  Red, Green, and Blue were the colors called for in this current challenge.  I also used the photo as inspiration and included a stack of books on my thank you card.  It will make a great card for a teacher!!

Card #1 inspired by 2 challenges...

Color Hues // #TCH95 ...A color challenge!!  Pink & Blue are the colors called for in this challenge.  I need a wedding card and decided that I would use this color combo.  "2 great people...1 great life!!

Stick It Down Challenges // SEPT24 ...A sketch challenge!! This sketch with it's trio of hearts was perfect for creating a wedding card.  Clean and Simple!!

Sketch~N~Scrap Challenges // #SNS274 ...A sketch challenge!!  This card was fun because I made it with my nephew who rode out the storm with us.  Crafting together took our minds off the hurricane for a bit.  He has always been a fan of the cards I make and send to him on his birthday & at Christmas, so it was super fun to show him different stampin techniques and let him play around with embossing folders, die cuts, heat embossing and coloring & inking techniques!! This was his first card and he loved using the big shot to cut out his heart and the trees!!  Thanks to the SNS team for this fun sketch.

Card #3 inspired by 2 challenges...

Freshly Made Sketch // #FMS655 ...A sketch challenge!!  I have had this punch out piece laying on my desk since May 2nd!!  I made a Smile card out of a punch out page and had this piece left over and never found a way to use it until I saw this sketch!!  I finished it off with a sentiment and some colored pearls!!

Addicted to CAS // #268 ...A "code word" challenge!!  The code word for this challenge is MASCULINE!!  I keep our pastor stocked with thank you cards and thinking of you cards that he can send out as needed and I try to make them masculine or at least gender neutral...this one is for his stash!!

Hurricane Stamping!!

 When you are waiting out a hurricane and all your prep for it is complete...you stamp!!  So over the next couple of days you will see two cards!!

Card #1 was inspired by 2 challenges...

Cupcake Inspirations // #CI602 ...A cupcake photo challenge!!  These cupcakes are inspiring us to create a card with our favorite foods.  I love a gourmet burger...all those different combinations are like a party on your palette!!

Sketch~N~Scrap Challenges // #SNS273 ...A sketch challenge!!  This sketch was perfect for showcasing my burger!!  A great creation for the grill master in our family!!

CAS Colours & Sketches // #545 ...A sketch challenge!!  Here is my take on this challenge with a baby's arrival in mind!!  

Color Hues // #TCH95 ...A color challenge!!  Pink and Blue are the colors called for in this challenge!!  When you don't know the sex of the baby...you use both pink and blue!

Try A Sketch On Tuesday // #TSOT655 ...A sketch challenge!!  This sketch was so fun that I just had to play along again.  Plus...I missed the partnering with Double Trouble on my first take on this sketch.  So, I just had to come back for a "take two".

Double Trouble Paper Challenge // #175 ...A Thing 1, Thing 2, and Thing 3 challenge!!  First of all they want us to pour a beverage and let them know what we are drinking while we are creating...me?? I am sipping on a tonic (not a gin and tonic...just a tonic)!!  Now on with the challenge...Thing 1 wants us to use a punch!! (I used several size circle punches and embossed them) Thing 2 & Thing 3 wants us to use the sketch from TSOT and then enter it in over at their blog (check...I did both).

INKspirational Challenges // #IC325 ...A "word prompt" challenge!!  The word prompt for this challenge is HEADWEAR!!  How about some top hats?!!?  I love these top hats from Stampin Up's retired Guy Greetings set...perfect for this HEADWEAR challenge!!

Alphabet Challenge // 20SEPT24 ...An ABC challenge!!  M is for Masculine!!  I picked a masculine color combo...gold and black!!  And...what gentlemen doesn't love a hat!??!

The Paper Players Challenge // #PP708 ...A sketch challenge!!  When you need a baby card and you see a sketch that you have not played along with yet, you use it for the needed baby card!!  I love this glittery designer paper that was in my box of leftover pieces of DSP...perfect for a baby card and just the right sizes for the challenge!!

Caffeinated Christmas Card Challenge // #CCCC33 ...A monthly Christmas challenge!!  Christmas + Coffee + Candy/Cookies!!  I went with the candy and added a trio of candy canes...one in each of his hands and one on the saucer!!

Inspire.Create.Challenge // #ICC177 ...A "CASE the designer" challenge!!  My inspiration from Karen Farquhar card...the sketch and the holiday theme.

Addicted to Stamps & More // #ATS&M477 ...A theme challenge!!  Christmas is the theme for this current challenge!!  Merry Christmas from my little caffeinated mouse who is enjoying coffee and candy canes!!

Inspired By Challenges // #IB302 ...A photo challenge with an optional sketch.  Today I used both the photo and the sketch...with a trio of hanging fall leaves!!  

Allsorts Challenge // #AC799 ...An "anything goes" challenge with an optional theme!!  The theme for this challenge is Get Well or With Sympathy.  I decided to use the Get Well theme.  I used Spellbinder dies for my leaves (aren't these layered/stitched dies awesome), a Tim Holtz blueprint leaf stamp for my background, and a retired Stampin Up sentiment stamp for my "Get Well" wishes.

Hand Stamped Sentiments // #HSS447 ...A "mood board"  challenge!! "Hello Fall" is the theme of this mood board.  I love fall and all the beautiful colors that we find in the changing of leaves!!

TGIF Challenges // #tgif491 ...A theme challenge!!  The theme for this challenge is SWEATER WEATHER!!  Fall brings with it crisp cool mornings and evening, and that calls for those snuggly sweaters to be brought out!!
