New Challenge @ Shopping Our Stash #SOS491

 Today begins a new challenge at...

Shopping Our Stash // #SOS491 ...A theme challenge!!  Flowers!! Flowers Everywhere!!  We want you to shop your stash and find those flowers, whether it is stamps, stencils, embellishments, designer papers, or dies!!  What do you have that hasn't been used in a while that would fit our flower theme??  For my card I pulled out one of my all time favorite stamp sets that has retired from Stampin Up, Butterfly Basics along with some very old designer papers!  Now is is your turn...shop your stash and find those items that fit our FLOWER challenge and then play along with us.  We can't wait to see your creations!!

Try Stampin On Tuesday // #TSOT595 ...A sketch challenge!!  With a twist...Stripes!!  I used some very old designer paper from my stash for the stripes...those light pink stripes make for a nice background.

TicTacToe Challenges // #tttc109 ...A game board challenge!!  My winning three in a row are spring, floral, and sympathy.  I love creating sympathy card...not because of the need (that is never a good reason) but because I know it will truly brighten someone's day.

Sketch~N~Scrap Challenge // #SNS232 ...A sketch challenge!!  I decided to make this one masculine and use some hoarded papers.  It is important to let the guys in our life know that they are "pretty awesome".

TGIF Challenges // #tgifc409 ...A technique challenge!!  Layered Shapes...I used two sizes of die cut squares and some enamel circles for my layering.

INKspiraitonal Challenge // #IC284 ...A designer's choice challenge!!  STITCHING is the choice for this challenge.  It can be real stitching or faux stitching.  For my card, I used faux stitching with the Stitched Shapes dies from Stampin Up.

Just Us Girls // #JUG668 ...A coloring challenge!!  Oh, and it needs to be CAS!! This cute little mouse from the Colorado Craft Company is perfect for a CAS card!!  I colored the image using my watercolor pencils.

Color Throwdown Challenge // #ctd731 ...A color challenge!!  The color combo for this challenge: Yellow, aqua, navy, and pink.  I also used the given photo to design my sketch for this card...and included the coffee theme from the photo.  A truly inspired card!!

Freshly Made Sketches // #FMS579 ...A sketch challenge!!  Another great sketch that helped me use up some of my horded designer papers.  I decided on a monochromatic vibe for my card and added a silhouette die.

Never Before Used Schtuff // #NBUS47 ...A "never been used" challenge!!  This lemon branch is part of a set I have had for a while put have never inked up.  And after the tip shared here about clear stamps and them sticking...Today it was time!!

Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge // #AHSC513 ...A sketch challenge!!  I love any sketch that helps me use up the designer paper scraps that I hoard!!  You know those little pieces that trimmed away from those 6x6 tables...yep!!  I am guessing we all have them!!

Just Add Ink // #JAI641 ...An inspiration challenge!!  Yes!!  this is my kind of inspirational photo...the beach!!  I sure will be glad for some warmer weather so that we can go enjoy the sand, surf, and shells!!

 1 challenge inspired today's card...

Global Design Project // #GDP382 ...A sketch challenge!!  I took a bit of liberty with this sketch because I really wanted to use this sentiment from Stampin Up's Rose Wonder set.  Because of it's size I used the sentiment in one of the circles and then added a ribbon where the sentiment was called for on the sketch.  I hope that was a-okay!?!

Festive Friday Challenge // #FF0128 ...An inspo list challenge!!  We are given an inspo list of 10 items in honor of World Music Therapy Day...from that list we are to choose 3 items to us on our card.  I picked notes (sheet music & note brad), ink blending (lime green around my lady), and twine (black twine over my sheet music).  May everyone have a song in their heart and feel beautiful!!

Just Us Girls Challenge // #JUG667 ...A mood board challenge!!  I picked the Vanity Fair photos as my inspiration!!  This chic from Stampin Up's Beautiful You set makes me think of a Vanity Fair model.

Color Hues // #TCH58 ...A color challenge!!  This challenge gives us a duo of colors.  The duo for this challenge is Cyan and Lime Green.  I used Stampin Up's Luscious Limeade & Tempting Turquoise as my duo.
