Fusion Challenge...Fruit

Here is my take on the Fusion challenge.  I used both the sketch and the photo.  Thanks for another fun challenge to inspire us!!

Today's card was created for the sketch challenge from Freshly Made Sketches & the photo challenge from the Paper Craft Crew team.  A simple sketch, a pair of sunglasses and some bright colors inspired this card.  Thanks to both of these challenges for giving me a Monday morning push.

INKspirational Challenge #219 & Color Throwdown Challenge #606

FACE...That is the work prompt for the current challenge from the INKspirational Challenge team.  I paired this challenge with the Color Throwdown challenge.  Their color combo this week was Peach, Aqua, and Kraft.  These two challenges inspired this gift bag for a special young friend for her 21st birthday.

Global Design Project Challenge #253 & Just Add Ink Challenge #518 & CAS(E) this Sketch #385

"T" ....add a T element to your project!  That is the challenge from the Just Add Ink team.  How about trees...thanks...tranquility?!?  To make that happen I am also playing along with a color challenge & a sketch challenge.  The sketch challenge is from CAS(E) this Sketch.  The color challenge is from the Global Design Project (#GDP253).  Their color combo for this challenge was Granny Apple Green, Bumble Bee, and Calypso Coral.

Inspired By Challenge #137 & The Paper Players Challenge #503

The Paper Players team has a color challenge for us this week.  Their color combo is Night of Navy,  Melon Mambo, Mango Melody, and Pool Party.  I used Night of Navy ink, Pool Party & Melon Mambo card stock, and Mango Melody sequins.  Today's card was also created for the Inspired By challenge...they have a fun "six pack animal" theme.  For each challenge they also give a suggested sketch....I used both their photo and their sketch this week.  Thanks to these two challenges for their inspiration!!

8/13/20...2 cards // 4 Challenges

 Both of these cards follow the "summer flowers" theme,  but one is for a CAS challenge and the other is definitely not a CAS card.

This first card was created for the Just Us Girls challenge, the Tic Tac Toe challenge and the Color Throwdown challenge.  Just Us Girls asked us to use a window die...Stampin Up's Hearth & Home was perfect for this challenge even though it has been retired.  The Color Throwdown challenge called for peach, aqua and kraft.  For the Tic Tac Toe board, I used the 3 across the the middle...Alphabet, Square, Emboss.  I used a retired Alphabet stamp from Stampin Up, Square window panes, and dry embossed a brick wall as my background.  I love how beautifully these three challenges came together.

    

Update:  Yippie!! This card was a "Team Pick" at the Tic Tac Toe Challenge. 

This second card is a CAS card created for the Less Is More "summer flowers" challenge.

As You See It Challenge #231

 

Here is my take on the sketch challenge from As You See It.  I am using Stampin Up's Honey Bee stamp set and the Bumble Bee designer papers.  A perfect little card for a bee keeper.

#bethegift challenge:  Order a pizza and have it delivered to a hospital as a thank you to the nurses and doctors that are working so hard.
