Shopping Our Stash // #SOS484 ...A theme challenge!! Shine Bright Like a Diamond is the theme for this new challenge!! Of course we want you to shop your stash and use up some of those items you have hidden away!! For my card I used a sun ray stencil along with some bling!! Now it is your turn, so dig out some bling or anything that shines and play along with us. Today's card was inspired by 2 additional challenges...
Once Upon A Time // #OUAT4 ...A book challenge!! The book that is our inspiration for this challenge is Dreamers by Yuyi Morales. From the cover, I used the mother and child image as inspiration, and since I love the dreamy collaged cover, I tried to recreate it as well.

ReplyDeleteThat's what our vacations mostly consist of these days, too, Deb! Visiting the 6 grandkids in various places! Such fun! I love your design with the sun's rays in the background and the colourful flowers overlaid on them and then the Grandma (I assume) and grandbaby in black and white amongst them! It has a bit of surrealism but it's very sweet. Thanks for contributing to our theme at As You See It Challenges.
