Card #1 inspired by 3 challenges...

Global Design Project // #GDP412 ...A CASE challenge!! Copy And Selectively Edit...CASE!!  For this challenge we are CASEing one of Wilma de Korte.  I love the white on white die cut layering.

Just Add Ink // #JAI671 ...An inspiration challenge!!  The green foliage inspired me.  I also love the bright greens...made me think of Stampin Up's Granny Apple Green.

Festive Friday Challenge // #FF0143 ...An inspo list challenge!!  Pick 3 of the 10 elements on the inspo list honoring World Card Making Day.  My three elements...sequins, twine, and matching envelope.




Update: So excited that this card got a "special mention" from the GDP team!!


Card #2 inspired by 3 challenges...    

FarmQuest Challenges // #FQCB36 ...A theme challenge!!  The theme for this challenge is denim overalls.  I cut a piece of denim from a castoff pair of jeans.  Real denim on this card!!


TGIF Challenges // #tgifc439 ...An inspiration challenge!!  The dots and the pumpkins were my inspiration!!  I love using my oval punch to make pumpkins and look forward to the time of year when pumpkins begin to be called for.

Try Stampin On Tuesday // #TSOT624 ...A sketch challenge with an optional fall theme.  I used both the sketch and the theme for this second card.  Happy Fall, Yall!!

    I was thinking that you did a great job of creating a jean pocket only to read that indeed it's a "real" jean pocket on your card.     Deb, what goes more with fall (picking pumpkins, raking leaves, tilling the garden...) more than a pair of jeans!?! A very clever take on what fall is all about! I had forgotten how cute the oval-built pumpkins can be, especially with that great shading on the edges!!
